01
Inspect the sink
We ask what you have noticed, then run the faucet and observe the basin, drain, and cabinet below. A visual check usually takes 15 to 30 minutes and helps us distinguish a faucet leak from a basket strainer, trap, or supply-line issue. We also look for soft cabinet material, movement at the rim, and signs of an earlier repair.
02
Confirm the repair
We identify the parts involved and explain whether repair or replacement makes more sense for your sink. If you are installing a new basin, we check its dimensions against the countertop opening, faucet spacing, cabinet depth, and drain location. You receive straightforward pricing before work begins, so you can choose the option that suits the property.
03
Prepare the work area
We clear the cabinet area, protect nearby surfaces, and shut off the water before disconnecting supply lines. For removal, we release mounting clips and separate the drain without forcing the countertop or wall connection. Most simple fixture repairs need 20 to 40 minutes of preparation; replacement timing depends on access and the existing sink type.
04
Repair or install
We replace the failed seal, fitting, faucet component, or drain part, or set and secure the replacement basin. The sink is leveled, sealed where required, and connected with compatible fittings. If a shutoff valve will not close or a pipe connection is damaged, we address that condition rather than putting a new fixture on an unreliable connection.
05
Test and explain
We restore water and run the faucet for several minutes, checking hot and cold supply lines, the drain, overflow where fitted, and the cabinet floor. We fill and release the basin to check drainage under flow, then review care points with you. Before leaving, we confirm the fixture is stable and connections remain dry.
